One night a year households expect their dinner hour to be interrupted in order to distribute free edible items to all who ask. Trick or Eat puts a new spin on Halloween as costumed students canvass university neighbourhoods collecting food for local social service agencies. At the same time, students raise awareness about local hunger and volunteer opportunities that allow their neighbours to get involved in the solution. Two hours and a costume is all that is required to make a huge difference. And it's fun too!

In just four years we have raised over $1 Million in food! This year our goal is to $400,000!!!

As a volunteer with Meal Exchange, you will be part of a national network of students working to address hunger in Canada. In addition to providing this valuable service, our chapter coordinators gain excellent experience and skill-building opportunities.
