1) I haven't arranged my accommodation yet, where should I stay?
Meal Exchange has secured a special rate at $89 per night at Hôtel Travelodge for Summit Attendees. If you're interested in accessing this discount you can book via email or by phone at 514-874-9090 ext. 1.
To access the discount use you will need a Block ID and Block Code. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to access these codes!
2) What time should I arrive in Montreal for the Summit?
The summit is scheduled to start on November 1st, 2018. Registration begins at 12pm at Thomson House and our first session will begin at 1pm, which means you should grab a bite before you get to our first session! If you are planning on staying at Hotel Travelodge, registration starts at 9:30 am, Meal Exchange staff will be present to welcome you and help store any baggage!
3) Where can I access the travel bursary Meal Exchange has made available to registrants?
To access and apply for the travel bursary, please use the Google form linked here. Once you have filled out the form, you will be notified as to how much money you have been approved for. You will be provided a cheque for your travel expenses after the completion of the Summit.
4) Where can I find the schedule for the Summit?
The schedule is available on our website now! The schedule for the summit will also be uploaded soon to the “Grenadine Event App” that can be found in the iTunes App store or Google Play store. Use the code “rad2018” to access the events programming schedule.

5) Will there be food available during the Summit?
We will be serving snacks on the first day of the summit, there will be a community Kitchen in the evening! On Sunday during the evening session, we will be serving dinner! Finally we will be serving lunch on Monday as well. There will be small snacks available for folks throughout the summit!
6) How can I connect with the Summit attendees before the actual Summit?
Meal Exchange has started our own Slack! You can join the Slack by e-mailing us to get the link. We will also be using the Slack for ongoing communication at the Summit as well as for some Daily Challenges during the Summit.
