Meal Exchange is a national charity that works to address student food insecurity on post-secondary campuses in Canada and fight for more sustainable campus food systems.
Why campus food systems? Canadian campus food systems spend roughly $300 million a year on food purchases. Through supporting the power of students to mobilize and organize, Meal Exchangers are committed to pushing for campus food systems that better reflect the values of sustainability, humane treatment for workers and animals, health and nutrition.
Today we invite you to take the pledge in joining the fight against student food insecurity. You have the power as an individual to impact change and work towards making food security a reality for those on our campuses and beyond.
Take the pledge against student food insecurity and towards more sustainable campus food systems across Canada.
